What exactly do you do for students?
We provide academic consulting, guidance, and advisory support at every stage of writing an academic paper — from choosing a topic and methodology, through research and structuring literature, to refinement, proofreading, and preparation for the defense.
Our role is advisory: we help you structure your work well and get through the difficult stages, but the final responsibility for the content, originality, and authorship of the paper always remains with you.
Which study levels do you support?
We help students and researchers at all study levels:
- Final paper (undergraduate)
- Graduate thesis (integrated and graduate studies)
- Master's thesis (postgraduate specialist studies)
- Doctoral dissertation
- Seminar papers
- Scientific and professional articles for journal publication
Which fields can you advise in?
We work with experts from various academic fields:
- Social sciences (law, economics, sociology, political science, psychology)
- Humanities (philology, history, philosophy, theology)
- Natural, technical, and biotechnical sciences
- Biomedicine and health (medicine, nursing, pharmacy)
- Interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary fields
In your first inquiry, let us know your topic and faculty — we'll find an advisor with the right expertise.
Do you write papers instead of students?
We provide consultations, guidance, technical support, refinement, and proofreading — all with the active participation of the student in the process. We do not sell finished papers. The paper itself must ultimately be the result of the student's own work, in accordance with the regulations of the educational institution and the Code of Ethics.
How does the collaboration begin?
The process is simple and without obligation:
- You send an inquiry via our form (type of paper, topic, faculty, deadline, brief description of needs).
- We reply as soon as possible (usually 15-20 minutes during working hours) with an offer tailored to your situation.
- If you accept the offer, we agree on the details, workflow, and payment method.
- We get to work — throughout the entire process you are in constant contact with your advisor.
How quickly do you respond to an inquiry?
We aim to respond within 15 to 20 minutes during working hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–9 p.m.). On weekends and outside working hours, we reply at the first available opportunity, no later than the next business day.
Can I come for in-person consultations?
Most of our consultations take place online — via email, phone calls, or video calls (Zoom, Google Meet). This gives students from all over Croatia, the region, and beyond access to the same level of professional support.
In-person meetings are possible in exceptional cases and by arrangement, depending on location.
At what stage can I contact you?
U bilo kojoj fazi. The students who most often contact us:
- Need help selecting or formulating a topic;
- Have an approved topic but don't know where to start;
- Are stuck in the middle of their work and need direction;
- Have a finished draft, but the work needs refinement, proofreading, and technical editing;
- Are preparing for the defense and want to check their readiness.
The earlier you contact us, the more we can help — but it's never too late.
How much does your service cost?
Cijene se formiraju individualno, ovisno o nizu faktora:
- Type and scope of the paper (final, graduate, master's, doctoral)
- Study level
- Complexity of the topic and research
- Delivery deadline
- Specific requirements (e.g. bilingual work, special citation styles)
We always agree on the final price before starting — no hidden costs or extra fees.
How is payment made?
Payment is made by transfer to a bank account based on the offer received, in one or more installments (depending on the scope of work). The exact payment model is agreed before starting and forms part of the agreement.
For larger projects, payment is usually made in multiple installments — e.g. a deposit at the start, part midway, the rest on completion. As we are subject to fiscalization, invoices are issued to legal entities (B2B) and individuals (B2C).
How long does it take?
The timeframe depends on the scope and complexity of the work.
We handle urgent deadlines by arrangement. The more time we have, the better the result.
What if my deadline is in a few days?
You can still contact us then. We have experience with urgent cases — we'll help assess what's realistic within the given deadline and prioritize the most important parts of the work. In such situations, more can often be done than the student thinks.
If a deadline isn't realistic even for us, we'll tell you openly.
Do you guarantee I'll get a passing grade?
Honestly, no one can guarantee a grade — neither we nor anyone else. Grading is entirely up to your mentor and the examination committee.
What we do guarantee is that your work will meet akademske standarde: it will be methodologically sound, well structured, linguistically and stylistically refined, correctly cited, and prepared for the defense. A very high percentage of our students have successfully defended their work.
Which citation styles do you support?
All standard academic citation styles, including:
- APA (7th edition) — social and health sciences
- Harvard — law, economics, general social sciences
- Chicago / Turabian — humanities, history
- Vancouver — medicine, biomedicine
- MLA — philology, languages
- IEEE — technical and engineering sciences
- OSCOLA and other legal styles
If your faculty prescribes its own style — send us the guidelines and we'll adapt to them.
Do you check the originality of the work (plagiarism)?
Yes. Checking originality is an integral part of quality work. We use professional plagiarism detection tools and help ensure your work is 100% original and safely ready for submission through the faculty system (Turnitin, Plagscan, etc.).
How many revisions are included?
As a rule, we revise the work an unlimited number of times until you are completely satisfied with the result — that's part of our service. If your mentor requests changes, we adapt the work according to their instructions at no extra cost.
Limitations apply only to complete reorientations of the topic or research that go beyond the original agreement.
Is working with you confidential?
Apsolutno. Discretion is the foundation of our practice. We keep the client's identity, the topic, the content of communication, and all other information in complete confidentiality and do not disclose it to third parties without your explicit consent.
Details of personal data processing are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Will my work be published or used anywhere?
No. Your work is your intellectual property. We do not publish, share, or use parts of your work for any other purpose — neither as examples nor for promotion.
Can I be sure my work won't end up in someone else's hands?
Yes. Only the advisors directly working on your paper have access to your materials, under an obligation of professional confidentiality. Files are stored in secure systems and not distributed.
Which languages do you work in?
We primarily work in Croatian and English. For papers in Slovenian, Italian, German, or other languages — send an inquiry and we'll arrange it with external collaborators.
We are especially experienced with bilingual papers (HR-EN) for students writing in English in Croatia or vice versa.
In what format do you deliver the finished work?
We typically deliver the work in Microsoft Word format (.docx), but we can adapt to other formats by arrangement:
- PDF (with formatting preserved)
- LaTeX (for technical and science papers)
- Google Docs (for real-time collaboration)
- Your faculty's specific templates
